30-Days Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to SweetCheeks™ within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. You may initiate a return online.

All “Pro-Solo bike seats are quality inspected before shipment. The “Pro-Solo” bike seat is restricted to a rider weight limit of 250 pounds. SweetCheeks will not accept returns on bike seats that are damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation.

All SweetCheeks™ apparel that has been worn beyond trying for fit, or has been laundered in any way will not be accepted for return.

If your original item included free items, you must also return all free items in order to receive a full refund. The retail value of any free items you do not return will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. SweetCheeks™ will only refund your original purchase price.

Return Instructions

1. Locate your Order Number. This can be found in your Order Email Confirmation, original shipping label, and packing list.
2. Navigate your browser to https://bikesweetcheeks.com/contact/.
3. Select “Product Return Form” from the “Contact Page”.
4. Fill in all required fields including your reason for returning the product, including for apparent damage in transit then click “Submit”.
5. You will receive an email containing a printable Shipping Label.
6. Print the Shipping Label and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
7. Ship your package to the address printed on the form. We highly recommend insuring the package for the content’s purchase price.
8. Within 10 days of our receipt of the returned product, the payment method used to purchase the product will be credited with the purchase price less a restocking fee, if applicable.
